Entry Guidelines & Terms

Deadline for entries: 31 January 2026. No physical entries accepted after 1 February 2026.
Invoices issued between 1 March 2025 and 28 February 2026. All payments must be completed prior to judging.
Submit three samples per entry with photos & technical specifications; entries must be in final printed format (no press sheets).
Partial or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Judges' decisions are final.
All entries become the property of the organizers and may be donated to Printing Institutes for education.
Jurisdiction: Ahmedabad.

If you can't attend the ceremony, awards can be collected from the Ahmedabad office or mailed (courier charges applicable).
